# Token Swaps

When you make a token swap (trade) on the exchange, you will pay a **0.35% trading fee**, which is broken down as follows:

0.20% - Return to liquidity pools in the form of a fee reward for liquidity providers.

0.15% - Platform fees.

> Unlike other AMM decentralized exchanges on BNB Chain, our recommended swap route is USDT, not BNB or BUSD. Arbitrage between FamSwap and other DEXs or CEXs can cost way lower.
